2006 - 2007 HMP International consulted on several manufacturing programs, including fibreglass, garage doors and other production lines.

 

2004 - Developed an entire business system for an international manufacturing company. This included developing a business plan, developing a model, business case, sourced equipment, consulted on materials, developed production line, implement to successful production of parts.

 

2002 - HMP International underwent major redevelopment & diversification, which formalized branching out to new areas including alternative investment strategies, providing private funding for projects and real estate and formalized alternative energy consulting with Joint Venture partner.

 

2000 - Implemented Labour Relations management system that reduced Union grievances by 90%. This improved employer/employee relations overall. This implementation became a precedence setting benchmark for labour relations cases.

 

1998 - WS for GM, developed and implemented tooling, materials, production processes, priming painting and testing for GM WS 5 Hood.

 

1996 - 2000 Developed tooling, materials, production processes and testing for production fibreglass truck rim.

 

1995 - 2002 Part of Stanley Door Development Team. Earned the status of sole supplier for Stanley Doors for North America.

 

1995 - Successfully won R&D Claim for scientific research on manufacturing projects. Additionally consulted with numerous companies on R&D Claim development and submission which resulted in millions of dollars of tax credits.

 

1993 - Developed leading edge technology for plastics recycling. Evolved the system from a lab to full implementation of production ready equipment.

 

1991- Awarded Chrysler's Pentastar of Excellence for outstanding Tier 1 Service Supplier for 1990.

 

1989 - Achieved Tier 1 Status with Chrysler.
